A placement you can stand behind.
Straight answers on capacity, qualification, and payment — so you can tell your client what to expect without guessing.
If you place people, we should talk.
We work with the professionals who see housing instability first — and who need somewhere reliable to send someone on short notice.
- Hospital and behavioral health discharge planners
- Case managers and social workers
- Veterans services and VA-connected programs
- Reentry and transitional programs
- Aging and disability services organizations
Simple, and honest about fit.
We'd rather decline a referral early than accept a placement that fails in three weeks. Expect a real conversation about whether the Cottage is right for your client.

Capacity & fit review
We check current openings and room type, then discuss independence level and how the placement fits the existing household.
Confirm payment
Agency pay, SSI/SSDI, VA benefits, private pay, Medicaid housing assistance when approved, or community sponsorship — we'll confirm what works.
Coordinate move-in
Lease signed, room assigned, arrival scheduled. We keep you in the loop through the handoff.
