A safe, steady place to call home.
Private and semi-private rooms in a small Shreveport–Bossier home for up to 6 adults who live independently — furnishings and all utilities included in one monthly rate.
One monthly rate. No separate bills.
Everything below is part of the rate — included, not upsold.
Safe, stable housing
A secure, well-managed home where residents can settle in and stay.
Furnished private or semi-private room
Move in without buying a household. Arriving costs you a suitcase, not a moving truck.
Wi-Fi and all utilities
Power, water, and internet are part of the rate. No separate accounts, no deposits, no shut-offs.
In-home laundry
Washer and dryer on site. No laundromat trips, no hauling bags across town, no quarters.
Clean, well-kept shared spaces
Housekeeping standards we hold ourselves to. A clean home is the baseline for dignity.
Flexible lease options
Terms that fit real circumstances, including shorter stays for people in transition.
Comfortable & structured environment
Clear house expectations and a calm, predictable daily rhythm. Structure is what makes shared living work for everyone in it.
Six residents. Not sixty.
Large facilities make people into case numbers. The Cottage is deliberately small — a real house, with a small number of neighbors, where staff know every resident by name.
- Private rooms for residents who need their own space and qualify for it.
- Semi-private rooms at a lower rate, shared with one roommate.
- Shared living, dining, kitchen, and on-site laundry.
- Placement is by application and qualification — we make sure the home is the right fit before anyone moves in.
Rooms from $700 to $1,100 a month.
Every rate covers the room, furnishings, all utilities, Wi-Fi, and in-home laundry — one monthly payment.
- $700 — Income-based semi-private. For those who qualify. Limited beds.
- $950 — Semi-private room. Shared with one roommate.

A shared independent living home.
TRS Residential is a shared independent living home. We provide housing only, and do not provide medical care, personal care, or medication management. Residents who want outside services are free to arrange them with any provider they choose.
Our residents live independently. If someone needs hands-on daily care, we will say so plainly and point toward a licensed provider who can meet that need.
Whoever you are, there's a door here.
