Shreveport–Bossier — starting with one house.
The Shreveport Cottage is our first home, open now, with room for up to six adults living independently. We are deliberately starting small, because getting one house genuinely right matters more than opening five that aren't.
TRS Residential is a privately held company. We are not a nonprofit, and we don't ask anyone to treat us like one — we earn trust by running homes people are glad to live in.
