A small shared home in Shreveport–Bossier for up to 6 adults who live independently — private and semi-private rooms, with everything included in one monthly rate. Now open and taking referrals.

With no more than six residents, everyone is known by name. The difference between a facility and a home is mostly a matter of scale — so we chose the scale on purpose.
The Cottage is our first home. As we grow, every home we open will hold to the same standard.

Every room includes furnishings, all utilities, Wi-Fi, and in-home laundry in one monthly rate. Availability is limited and assigned by application and qualification.

TRS Residential is a shared independent living home. We provide housing only, and do not provide medical care, personal care, or medication management.
Residents who want outside services are free to arrange them with any provider they choose. If someone needs hands-on daily care, we will say so plainly and point toward a licensed provider who can meet that need.
